Good friendly service. Quick in & out & the store was amazing inside. Clean with comfy chairs to relax in.
This review might touch a nerve, but I really do not care. This establishment, like so many other Dunkin Donuts, is owned and operated by Indians. That's fine. The problem is these guys (at this particular location) select the most brutally inefficient English speakers and put them on the drive thru microphone. It's a recipe for disaster. When I ask if they have "Pepsi products" and the latter word causes a complete breakdown in communication, it's problematic. Even better, I was corrected for asking for a donut "with jimmies on it." I was promptly told there is "no Jimmy working here". I am not even kidding. It's ridiculous. I could surely make one hell of a comedy sketch using cameras and microphones, but at 6am I'm not about that. I just want a coffee and a donut. Screw the jimmies. That was too much to ask I suppose.
Newly remodeled Dunkin Donuts. The food and drink selection is exactly what you would expect. The service was outstanding. The young man who assisted me was incredibly polite and made a fresh pot of coffee for me.
If you need to meet someone to talk something over, this is a great spot. But it's not the cozy doughnut shop you long for, and the variety is not quite where it should be for a genuine doughnut array.
Quick and easy. Only minor comment is that none of the employees know how to process smartphone payments (Apple or Samsung). I was able to walk them through it each time, but it was slow.
But seriously, if you're going to come to my country and collect my dollars by way of serving a product, is it too much to ask to have it done in my language? With even a half ass understanding of what the hell I am saying? This isn't about race or color, it's about efficiency and consideration for the customer.
