Most horrible bank I have ever encountered. Not only did they take 2 payments out for my truck loan but they left me high and dry. I went from branch manager to as high as I could possibly go. Still no one could put my, yes my money in my account because it wasn't a PNC account. Oh but you can take it out though. Don't ever touch my money again PNC Bank!!!!

Everyone at this location is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Employees are always quick to happily assist in any way possible. I have never had any difficulty banking here and highly recommend it to anyone else.

Absolutely the worst. This is no exaggeration. So on the 23rd of November I had closed my Virtual Wallet accounts. I had received three Cashiers Checks in lieu of cash (There was no cash out option available to me.) I thought to myself well cashiers checks are just as good as money, so I didn't think anything of it. So after receiving the cashier's checks I had deposited them same day into my Bank of America account, where I have established a very reputable relationship with, and was given the funds immediately. Fast forward to Monday November 28th, after Black Friday shopping I was going to pay off my credit card when I all of a sudden Bank of America had returned all of my checks back to me, and charged me a returned check fee. Of course immediately I called Bank of America to find out what the heck? I was told I have to wait till Tuesday the 29th to find out why the checks were returned. So here we are on the 29th and I call Bank of America and was told the checks came back from PNC Bank as "COUNTERFEIT." I almost fell over because it's not bad enough I don't have my money, now I look like a fraud to Bank of America for depositing not 1 not 2, but 3 "counterfeit" checks. So same day I took a trip over to the PNC bank in Absecon, and was told by Mr. Shah who I am assuming was the manager that if I had never of left PNC bank this would not of been a problem. And was told that I have to wait 72 hours for them to initiate a stop payment on those checks, because they do not see that Bank of America attempted to cash the checks. Now I am very calm headed, so I said very nicely is there anyway we can get that expedited. And was told I could try and visit the branch I had closed the account at, and maybe they can try and expedited. So I drive to the Galloway Township branch where one of the tellers Emily was chomping on gum while having a conversation with me, and she said she had to call the manager of Absecon. NOW FREEZE FRAME why did I drive all the way to Galloway to have them call the manager of Absecon, and to be told the SAME EXACT THING. That really frustrated me. Now not only do they have my money but Mr. Shah took my valuable time away because he neglected to inform me that the branch manager of Galloway was on vacation. Wednesday I didn't visit any branches because I needed a long time to think of my next approach. So on Thursday Dec 1st, I visited the Absecon branch again where I was greeted by Elaine, who was aware of the whole situation and informed me they after to wait until they get the final word on if the checks were returned or not. She assured me that they have not gotten notification that they were returned. Now if you recall from earlier I was told from Bank of America that PNC had reported these checks as counterfeit. So now I'm getting upset that no one knows where my money is. NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP. So Friday comes and I visit the PNC branch in Galloway at 11am. Now I think I'm getting my money today because it has been 72 hours. Only to find out that PNC bank is reporting these checks has cashed on their end. Now I'm livid because no one can explain where my money is, and no one is willing to work with me. I have gotten in contact with someone (Erin Bailey) from executive client relations who is just as useless because he won't return any of my phone calls, and won't help me at all. I hope my message gets through to those who are ever considering opening an account with PNC. I work in the Customer Service industry and stride to make everyone as happy as possible, and to go above and beyond to find a solution to the problem. PNC has no idea what customer relations is, and would never be up to par with Bank of America who has assisted me the entire time during this crisis by offering me help if I need it, and by assuring me everything will work out. That's how a bank should be, not these criminals mentioned above

Very kind and helpful staff, convenient location, safe ATM location

Great team! Great customer service, choose this branch over the mayslanding one.
