Besides the quality of the product I am purchasing, I believe that Customer Service is equally as important. Ryan Penn is 5 star in my book. He always answered his messages and phone calls, and took the time to thoroughly explain and answer any of our questions and concerns.
I recently had a ramp installed by Mobility123. I am more than pleased with the completed project. From the inception to the installation, Ryan Penn was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Getting old or disabled isn't for the cowardly. Both require facing hard facts concerning your living space. When my very elderly father decided he wanted to live with me in my two story home with a 48 inch front rise from ground level, I knew I had a major challenge. Ryan from Mobility 123 helped me to sort out my choices both with equipment and financial resources. He provided me with contacts for our other needs as well. Mobility 123 was recommended to me by Catholic services of Camden County. I am very satisfied with the equipment and installation process.
Ryan took the time to assuage my fears concerning the pitch and height of the necessary dimensions for my particular ramp. He also went the extra mile to quickly expedite the installation so I was no longer house-bound.

We originally considered doing a wooden ramp, but I am very delighted to have found Mobility123 ramp instead, not only because of its design sturdiness and reliability, but also because it is maintenance free.
When my mother had difficulty getting into our minivan, I researched several automated mobility seats and was directed to Mobility123 in Absecon near our summer home. Ryan and Tom were terrific to work with. They listened closely to our specific needs and limitations (leased vehicle) and suggested the system which they thought would work best. The installation went seamlessly and my mother is now able to enter and exit the vehicle without any issues. Many thanks to this team; they really came through for us! The product itself is of outstanding quality. It is a powder coated mesh aluminum which happened to match exactly to the siding of our home. That was an extra bonus!
I was in need of a stairlift installation quickly and Mobility 123 came through big time! The whole transaction was seamless and everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous; starting with Denise in the office, Ryan the GM, and Brett the installer. The Penn Family have done a great job and really understand the urgency of when a stairlift is needed in the household; with a fast turnaround on estimates and a quick scheduling of installation. After Brett was completed the install he left behind no trace that he was even there, with the exception of the new chairlift in the stairwell. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing mobility services!
