Classes are a joke. Need instructor that can actually teach classes
One of the less crowded gyms around here. Good pricing, a friendly staff, and clean facilities make this Island Fitness great. It has your basic workout equipment, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

Some of the best trainers in the tristate area. Highly recommend Jay and his crew. They truly care about you reaching your goal. Facilities are in good order. There is one light above the leg press that needs to be changed as it has died. The fitx classes are a blast and a great way to get into shape. See Jay and get your lift on.
I really like Island gym for its affordable price, but I especially like how out the way friendly the trainers and staff are with customers. And the 24 hour location really helps.
