Terrible. Regardless of which location that you're calling, all calls get routed to corporate. You sit on hold indefinitely. Same as other reviewers... I'm just trying to spend my money, but I guess Uhaul doesn't need or want it. If this is how they treat potential customers, I'd hate to see how they treat existing ones. DO NOT USE UHAUL for trailer hitch installs or parts!!!
This Place SUCKS!!!!! They are unable to do their jobs. Renting a uhaul from here is foolish it will not be what you reserved and they will treat you very poorly for trying to spend your money with them!
Great service, had the truck I wanted (the largest) and a well stocked showroom with a complete selection of items for sale (some U-Haul places carry a very limited selection of items.)
