2. The floors are not insulated properly, so water rises up through the cement. Have a lot of furniture items (wood/speakers/chairs/leather sofas that broke due to mold and water damage. This poor insulation is leading to mold and water damage that NEITHER istorage NOR their selected insurance partner covers apparently. - which leads me to

Update: was told soon after posting this review that my claim for damage had been accepted, but now been a month since, have not gotten any $ for items that were destroyed by mold/water damage from the floors that bring up groundwater, even though my claim had been approved. Also have not been told what amount my claim was approved for.

While service is sometimes attentive when you're on site and interested in a unit (obviously) it takes them very long to get back about claims / damage / other issues. Everything seems to go through a district manager who's never there / always busy doing something else. Might have better luck elsewhere and had I not moved in here a while back I would not recommend moving in here right now.
6. they raise the rents after you've been there for a bit and quite significantly.
The local staff are generally nice, but they haven't been particularly helpful with damages, frequently claiming that 'upper management' directs them to act as they do. The place is quite clean, and they do sweep the unit for you in advance. Not all units are lit, but there is a light along the wall outside every 5-6 units so you are not COMPLETELY in the dark outside. Place seems safe too. ***Will update this review if I get anywhere with my latest round of damage claims.
Would give less stars if I could. I have had so many problems with this storage facility.
Note: apparently damage caused by their poorly designed storage facilities getting flooded is not covered by the insurance they require you to pay for.

1. SO much water damage. The storage facilities in the back easily get flooded after minimal rainfall. Sometimes the water flows into the units under the doors, have thrown out multiple pieces of furniture, speakers, and other things that were moldy, inflated by water (wood pieces), rusted, etc.
4. They force you to pay for insurance that apparently doesn't cover water or mold damages, regardless if they are at fault or not.
Particularly in one of the largest units (20x50) unit the floors absorb rainfall water and push it to the surface INSIDE the unit. Have had many items of furniture that had to be tossed out due to water and mold damage.

5. Have had multiple pricing issues, disputes with local and national management about pricing of the units, promos that "disappear" or are "booked" while my family is moving into the unit (although to be fair someone in the management managed to get a family member that promo pricing back once after calling a variety of departments)
