cost: $4.75 per wash for 23 minute cycle, .25 per 5 minutes dryer time @50 min is $2.50 ($7.25 a load!) woah... I lived in San Francisco for 14 years and could do 3 loads for $12 and the machines were new.
Took my laundry in for wash-and-fold service. For $25 it was worth it. However, I left my washer/dryer laundry sheets in my laundry bag (practically a new bundle - only used 2) because I planned on washing myself, and forgot to take them out when I dropped off my laundry. When I picked up my laundry, the sheets were gone and after contacting the place twice, I was told they were "thrown out". I call b.s. on that one. I think the girl who did my laundry stole them. Either way, I'm not happy that everything that went there did not return. I'm calling the owner in the morning and we'll see what happens from there. I doubt I'll get anything from it, though.
Clean place with normal and large capacity machines. There's a sign with the password for free wifi.
pros: clean floor and chairs, coin machines work, wasn't crowded, close parking
I had to run to the store next door and they locked up with all my clothes and food inside of the building and,wasn't even 10
Clean and have restroom
cons: miserable woman behind counter that goes out of her way to be rude to you, coins slots are worn and you have to repeatedly attempt to deposit the coins, dryer buttons are also frustrating to try to select mode
