Instead of charging and doing what a customer wants, she is honest about how the outcome will be, and can recommend things that will turn out better, even if it's cheaper. Also, they have same and next day service, which helps in a pinch.
Wonderfully ran family business that has always done right by me. Also they even provide local pick & delivery services.Who else will go as far to ensure customers satisfaction. None I've found. So I wanna say thank you very much to both Peps & Village cleaners for given so much.
