Disgusting and dirty. I couldn't sleep just thinking about how dirty it was and if there were bed bugs (I'm pretty sure there were). All the bathroom fixtures were old and crusty. Nice big burn hole in my comforter. There was nasty gross dirt on the ceiling. The night stands hadn't been clean for a long time. I came home and threw all my clothes in hot water in the washer immediately. I took pictures I've never stayed anywhere so nasty. Just No!!
Not sure how to rate it. Parking lot is filled with trash. Staff seem friendly and check in was easy. Rooms are ok, faucets are not clean(bathroom, sink) and we even have a leak over the shower, but it has a fridge and a microwave. Seems like it could have been nice at some point but it is pretty dated.
Very nice workers at the desk let us change one of our rooms. Not bad for the price and free breakfast. Breakfast only had waffles, french toast, bacon, cereal, bagels, bread, some pastries, juices and coffee. Think the rooms need some updating. Also think they should have eggs and maybe sausage with the breakfast. All in all not bad for the price...would stay there again.
I can't believe how great this place is. We're on the 5th floor overlooking sound of the Atlantic Ocean. At night we see the skyline of the Atlantic City. The room is a bit aged, but it's clean. The staff are friendly and personable. The food is great. The place is very busy in the morning, but the staff do their very best to keep on top of it all. Great place to stay at for your vacation. It's family friendly too. Our 3 teen children love it here.
This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness was great. It smelled really good on the floor I stayed on. The breakfast is good as well. I will def stay here again!
