I recommend these apartments to anybody. The maintenance team immediately addresses maintenance issues. There is a sense of community due to the pig roasts, spaghetti dinners, breakfasts and porch decorating contests. The pool is clean and staff friendly. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.
Just moved in here a couple of months ago and haven't regretted it for a moment. Even before signing the lease we felt very welcomed and appreciated (unlike some other places that we were looking to rent). We both work 9-5 & the staff stayed late so that we could tour the apartments after work. The entire complex is clean, the landscaping is maintained, & there is always a neighborhood watchman patrolling. The amenities are great and the staff is super helpful when you need something. I couldn't be happier with our decision to lease an apartment here.

California apts is a nice place to live very quiet...the grounds are always maintain and the staff is outstanding
Very well lit and feels safe. They have a security officer. Staff is always very friendly and timely. You can tell the management team really cares about its residents by how much effort they put into the community.
The landscaping is maintained to a high level and the landscapers/mowers are here several times a week. It can be very noisy with all the emaculnt maintenance and can easily disrupt sleep if not working the typical 9-5 shift.
