If I could give Matt Haviland less than one star I would.
I will never contact him or the Haviland group about a home again and suggest you find an agent who has your best interest at heart rather than dealing with this company.
It has become obvious to me that Matt Haviland is simply trying to build business and locking in potential buyers to use him as their agent rather than sell the properties of current clients.

I contacted him about viewing a property which he has listed and soon found out that he was more interested in being my agent than selling me the house I wanted to look at. He insisted that I come to his office and have him introduce me to all of the properties available when I have specific needs and a grasp on the available homes in our area and this would only prove to waste my time.
